Nothing but drama and stress and having to get in trouble at work to make phone calls during business hours.
I thought it as any other company I have dealt with in the pass, just provide the information and they would send the replacement needed parts. I bought this from Walmart with no indication that the remote and power cord was missing from the box. LG costumer service is awful and with no respect ! I bought this over 2 months ago and it was nothing but a on going battle.
